My journey in real estate did not begin with bricks and mortar, but with people. In 2014 I founded Marbella Vacation Homes, a project born from my vocation for tourism and my degree in Tourism Management. After living in Ireland, France, and Italy, the Costa del Sol became my home and the setting where I developed my career as an event organiser and residential complex director.

The evolution: from Marbella Vacation Homes to Óleo Homes

Over time, my passion for detail and my connection with clients led me to naturally evolve. I felt the need to go beyond holiday rentals and channel all that experience into the sales and long-term rental market.

Thus, Óleo Homes by Rocío Areales was born: a new brand identity that reflects this professional maturity. It is not just a name change; it is a refinement of our essence to offer a boutique real estate service where each property is treated as a unique piece.
